• About Academic Staff

At Shemrise Futuristic School, we strongly believe that teachers are the backbone of a successful educational institution. The school is committed to appointing highly qualified, trained, competent, and experienced educators who possess not only strong academic knowledge but also the ability to inspire, guide, and nurture students with dedication and care.

To maintain the highest standards in teaching quality, the school follows a rigorous three-level filtering and selection process while recruiting teachers. The first stage involves thorough screening of academic qualifications, professional certifications, teaching experience, communication skills, and subject expertise. In the second stage, shortlisted candidates undergo personal interviews and demonstration classes to assess their teaching methodology, classroom management skills, confidence, creativity, and ability to engage students effectively. The final stage consists of evaluation by the School Management Committee and administration to ensure that the selected candidates align with the school’s vision, values, discipline, and educational standards.

The school emphasizes continuous professional development and encourages teachers to regularly upgrade their knowledge and teaching practices through workshops, seminars, training programs, and educational activities. Teachers are motivated to adopt innovative teaching methods, activity-based learning, technology-integrated classrooms, and child-centric approaches to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.

The teaching staff at Shemrise Futuristic School works with dedication, patience, and responsibility to create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment where every student receives personal attention and opportunities for overall growth and development.
